The Physics Room is a contemporary art project space located in Christchurch, New Zealand. For its inaugural Project Rooms exhibition, The Physics Room commissioned Christchurch artist Simon Lawrence to produce a solo exhibition that developed his interest in the slippage between science and truth. Lawrence's continuing series More Humans attempts to humorously highlight the lack of commonality between humans and insects, with particular attention to the way that at a molecular level our attempts to sanitise exhibition spaces are thwarted by these unruly pests.
